Where we ship We currently ship to Canada, the United States, and select international destinations.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery timeframes Standard delivery takes 7 to 14 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing for international orders.

Free shipping Free shipping is available on all orders over $100 CAD.

Customs and duties For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Avello is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or delayed packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at admin@myavello.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
