Refund policy

At Avello, we stand behind every order with a 90 day guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will make it right.

Returns You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. To start a return, contact us at admin@myavello.com and we will send you a prepaid return label.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

Final sale items Any items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
